Ask your business.
Get answers.

Docil reads your documents and the systems you run on — contracts, CRM, billing, ads, analytics. Ask what happened and it tells you why. Ask where you want to get to and it gives you the plan.

Product demo: inside Docil, someone asks why sales dropped 12% in the last
15 days. Docil reads quarterly-report-q2.pdf and queries Stripe, Google Ads
and Analytics, then explains that only part of the drop is seasonal — a top
campaign is budget-capped and two products have been out of stock for nine
days — and breaks the 12 points down. A follow-up asks what the stockout is
costing. A third question asks which ad campaigns ran recently, what they
cost and what they returned: Docil lists all four with spend, revenue and
ROAS, flags the one running at 1.3× and suggests marketing review it.

From “what does it say?”
to “what should we do?”

The clause is in a folder. The revenue is in Stripe. The spend is in Google Ads. The pipeline is in your CRM. Docil reads all of it at once — which is why it can go three questions deeper than a dashboard ever will.

Finds the fact

Any figure, clause or date, from any document or system you’ve connected. The source is always attached.

Explains the change

Compares this fortnight against the last three years, this campaign against last quarter, this invoice against the terms you signed.

Draws the plan

Name the goal — grow billing, cut costs, keep clients — and get a roadmap: the levers ranked by impact, with your own numbers behind each one.

Three steps.
No setup.

  1. Connect

Drag in your documents and switch on the tools you already use. Docil indexes everything instantly.

  2. Ask

What, why and what next. “Why did sales drop?” “Where are we overspending?” “How do we grow billing this year?”

  3. Act

Get the diagnosis, the plan and the levers in order — instead of re-reading forty pages and cross-checking three dashboards.

The questions you’d ask
if someone had read everything.

Marketing

“Sales are down this fortnight. Seasonal, or is something broken in ads?”

Docil reads your ads, analytics and search data next to the same period last year, and points at the campaign, the page or the product behind it.

Finance

“Where is the money going this year, and where can we cut?”

Spend ranked across billing, subscriptions and invoices — with the duplicated, the unused and the quietly renewed flagged first.

Operations

“Which contracts renew before September, and which one hurts most if it lapses?”

Contracts, policies and vendor terms, read together and ordered by what each one actually costs you.

Sales

“Which accounts have gone quiet but still pay us every month?”

Past proposals, agreed terms, CRM activity and real billing — cross-checked before you pick up the phone.

Support

“What’s our actual answer to this, and where is it written?”

Manuals, product docs and ticket history become one reliable reply. Fewer escalations, less improvising.

Leadership

“We want to grow billing this year. What should the strategy be?”

Docil looks at what you sell, at what margin, to whom, through which channel — and comes back with a roadmap by quarter: what to push, what to reprice, what to stop.

Who is Docil for?
Whoever has to answer for the numbers.

No data team. No BI project. No spare afternoon. Just the question you were going to ask someone anyway — answered from your own documents and systems, with the source attached and the reason behind it.

Founders & CEOs

The whole company, without chasing five people for five updates.

  • “What has the marketing team actually shipped this month?”
  • “How far are we from this month’s sales target — and will we hit it?”
  • “What would you cut this month to reduce costs without touching revenue?”
  • “Which decisions from last quarter paid off, and which didn’t?”
  • “What should I be worried about this week that nobody has told me yet?”

One conversation instead of four meetings, three dashboards and a folder nobody has opened since March.

Small businesses

The answers you’d get from a finance team you don’t have.

  • “How is billing going this month compared to last?”
  • “What are the most important emails we’ve received this week?”
  • “What can we do to sell more before the month closes?”
  • “Who owes me money, how much, and since when?”
  • “Which subscriptions am I paying for and no longer using?”

You run the business and the admin. Docil takes the part that involves reading everything.

Ecommerce & retail

Why the fortnight went wrong, down to the product and the campaign.

  • “Sales are down 12%. Is it seasonal, or is something broken?”
  • “Which products are out of stock, and what is that costing us?”
  • “Is checkout converting worse, or is it the traffic?”
  • “Which campaign is capped by budget right now?”
  • “What did this same fortnight look like in 2024 and 2025?”

Billing, ads, analytics and stock read side by side — so you fix the cause instead of the symptom.

Marketing & growth

Which channel earns its budget, and which one only looks like it does.

  • “Which channel pays for itself once we count the margin?”
  • “What changed in the campaign that used to be our best?”
  • “Which pages lost traffic after the last release?”
  • “What did we launch last quarter, and what did it move?”
  • “Where should the next €5,000 go?”

Ads, analytics and search read next to the same period last year — and next to what you actually sell.

Sales & accounts

Everything you should have re-read before picking up the phone.

  • “Which accounts have gone quiet but still pay us every month?”
  • “What exactly did we promise this client, and at what price?”
  • “Which deals are stuck, and what stalled them?”
  • “Which proposals from last quarter are still open?”
  • “If we can only defend ten clients, which ten?”

Past proposals, agreed terms, CRM activity and real billing — cross-checked in one answer.

Finance & admin

Where the money goes, ranked by what you can do about it.

  • “Where is the money going this year, and where can we cut?”
  • “What’s duplicated, unused or quietly renewed?”
  • “Which invoices are overdue, and by how long?”
  • “Does this invoice match the terms we actually signed?”
  • “What does next quarter look like if nothing changes?”

Billing, subscriptions and invoices read together, with the flagged items first.

Operations & legal

The clause you signed, found before it becomes a problem.

  • “Which contracts renew before September, and which one hurts most if it lapses?”
  • “What’s the notice period here, and when does the clock start?”
  • “What are we committed to in this agreement that we always forget?”
  • “Which vendors have raised prices without telling us?”
  • “Has anything changed in the handbook since the last version?”

Contracts, policies and vendor terms read together and ordered by what each one actually costs you.

Customer support

One reliable answer, with the page it came from.

  • “What’s our actual answer to this, and where is it written?”
  • “Has this come up before, and how did we resolve it?”
  • “What does the contract say we cover, and what we don’t?”
  • “Which questions are we answering most this month?”

Manuals, product docs and ticket history become one reply. Fewer escalations, less improvising.

Regulated sectors

Banking, insurance, healthcare, legal — with nothing leaving the building.

  • “What does our policy say about this case?”
  • “Which client files are missing a signed document?”
  • “Which agreements fall under the new regulation?”
  • “Where is this obligation written, and who signed off on it?”

Every source,
one conversation.

The more Docil can read, the better the diagnosis. Documents are where it starts — the systems you run on are where the answers get sharp. And when yours isn’t on the list, we build the connection for you.

Your documents

Contracts, reports, proposals, manuals. Upload them or pull them from your drive.

Your systems

CRM, payments, billing, ads, analytics and support — all answering in the same conversation.

Your exceptions

An in-house ERP, an industry tool, a database nobody else connects to. We build it to order.

Next up: Google Sheets, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Jira and Confluence. Running something in-house or industry-specific? We’ll build the connection.

Your data stays yours.
We can’t read it — by design, not by promise.

Every company gets its own sealed space on the server: its own database, its own index, its own encryption keys. Nothing is pooled with other customers. Nothing is used to train anything. And nobody at Docil has a button that opens your files.

Your own space on the server

Your documents, your index and your conversations live in a workspace that exists only for your company — separate database, separate storage, separate keys. No other customer can reach it, because there is no shared pile to reach into.

We can’t open your documents

Access is blocked at the infrastructure level, not by an internal policy someone could waive. Files are encrypted at rest with keys scoped to your workspace. Support can’t “take a quick look”, and neither can anyone else here.

We never train on your data

Your contracts, your numbers and your questions are never used to train or improve any model — ours or anyone else’s. Never sold, never shared with third parties, never fed into advertising. They exist to answer you, and that’s all.

Read-only, and only what you choose

Every connection is authorised by you, scope by scope, and Docil only reads. It doesn’t post, edit or delete anything in your systems. Switch a connection off and the access ends the same second.

Encrypted coming and going

Encrypted in transit, encrypted at rest, with backups held under the same isolation as the workspace they belong to.

Delete means deleted

Remove a file, a connection or the whole account and it disappears from storage and from the index — not archived, not retained “for quality purposes”. You can export everything before you go.

Data is hosted in the European Union and processed under the GDPR. Handling banking, health, legal or otherwise business-critical data? Docil can also run entirely on machines inside your company. See Enterprise.

One product.
Three ways to pay.

Every plan is the full product — documents, connections and every question Docil can answer from them. The only difference is how many files you keep active, and how often you’d rather be billed.

Questions,
answered.

What can Docil read?

Two things. Your everyday documents — PDFs, text documents and similar files — and the tools your business runs on, from CRM and payments to ads and analytics. Both answer in the same conversation.

Can it tell me why, not just what?

That’s the point. Ask why revenue fell and Docil compares the period against previous years, checks your campaigns, your stock and your pipeline, separates what’s seasonal from what isn’t, and ends with the change worth making.

Can it help me plan, not just diagnose?

Yes. Give it a goal — grow billing, cut spend, reduce churn — and Docil builds a roadmap from your own data: where the margin actually is, which clients are worth defending, which channel pays for itself, and what to do first. You can push back on any step and it reworks the plan.

Which systems can I connect?

Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Google Drive, Slack, Notion and Zendesk, with more arriving continuously. Billing and invoicing tools included.

My tool isn’t on the list. Now what?

We build the connection. Tell us what you use — including in-house software — and we’ll quote a custom connector for your account.

How does the free trial work?

Three days of full access. Upload your documents, connect a system, ask your questions, then pick a plan if it fits the way you work.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — switch between Bronze, Silver and Gold from your account. No emails, no support tickets.

What happens to my files and data?

They stay yours. They answer your questions inside your own workspace, you choose what each connection can read, and you can disconnect or delete at any time.

Can anyone at Docil read my documents?

No. Your workspace is isolated at the infrastructure level — its own database, its own storage, its own encryption keys — and our team has no access path to the contents. We can see that your account exists and that it’s working. We can’t see what’s inside it.

Do you use my data to train your AI?

Never. Your documents, your business figures and your conversations are not used to train or fine-tune any model, ours or a third party’s. They aren’t sold, shared or used for advertising. The only thing your data does is answer your questions.

Can it run inside our own infrastructure?

Yes. For regulated or sensitive environments, Docil is installed on your own machines — documents, database and the AI model included. See Enterprise.
